Location: Lawrenceburg, Indiana

Size: 4 acres

 

To ring in Lawrenceburg’s Bicentennial year, Meisner + Associates designed a River Clock Tower and Monument located at the Ohio River terminus of Walnut Street.

The Gateway expands the Walnut Street Overlook and establishes the Bicentennial Commons, a grand pedestrian plaza.

 

The Monument includes a clock and statues of military service personnel and public servants. The Monument provides a grand place to view the Ohio River and Downtown Lawrenceburg while learning the history of the area.
