Size: 142 acres
Nestled in Cincinnati's rural Eastside, The Farmstead creates a luxury agritecture community with a tranquil retreat close to greenspace amenities; East Fork State Park, Elks Run Golf Course and Cincinnati Nature Center. The Farmstead's vision celebrates historic Ohio agricultural, promotes organic wellness, sustainable education with diverse residential options. At its heart is an original heritage farm, featuring barns, farmhouse, and picturesque pond. Homes are connected in a network of trails leading to The Farm. Raised vegetable beds are maintained by all residents. Orchard, berry and herb gardens are surrounded by larger agricultural fields all managed by the Farm manager.
